How to get started
Interested in working with QLS? Select the role you wish to apply for on the careers page and send us your cover letter and resume via our website or Seek advertisement.
The recruitment process will begin once you have applied, and don’t forget to attach your cover letter to your application. Depending on the role and the amount of applications we receive, the process from start to finish can take up to four (4) weeks.
Once the job advertisement has closed, People and Culture along with the hiring manager will shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria.
If shortlisted, you will then be contacted to do a short phone screen, and may be invited to an interview. This interview is an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and what it is like to work here.
Depending on the role a second interview may be required. The final interview will be with one of our culture champions, giving you an insight into working at QLS.
