Queensland Law Society has announced a partnership with G8 Education which will assist members to find suitable childcare options across more than 70 childcare centres in Queensland.
Women comprise 47% of the Society’s full and associate membership, making this service a valuable one for those with children not yet in school.
President Michael Fitzgerald says the Society is delighted to add this service to its list of benefits offered to full and associate members.
“Feedback from members suggests that access to quality childcare options is critical for legal professionals with family responsibilities,” he says.
“Our partnership with G8 Education will provide members with a discount as well as assistance in finding a childcare placement in their centre of choice, if possible, or at the next closest location.”
G8 Education will also provide monthly updates to members waiting on a placement until one becomes available.
