Bragging is for the Boardroom

When solicitors deliver great results and unlikely victories for clients, the temptation to share that good news is powerful - and with social media a ubiquitous part of our lives, succumbing to that temptation has never been easier. For solicitors, however, the issue is not so simple and publicly spruiking successes is fraught with danger. This article examines the problems associated with trumpeting our greatness to all and sundry, from both an ethical and a brand perspective.
