Go Red for Women Heart Health Challenge
13 September 2010
Now is the time to take action and be heart healthy! Starting 15 September, the Heart Foundation with Quest Newspapers is conducting an exciting 10-week challenge, Go Red for Women. While designed to help women, men are also encouraged to participate to make the lifestyle changes necessary to improve heart health and reduce the risk of developing heart disease.
Heart disease is the biggest killer in Australia. Queensland Law Society understands how important the health of you and your loved ones is, and would like to encourage you, your family, friends and work colleagues to join the challenge.
Register now to join the Go Red for Women Heart Health Challenge and receive a weekly e-newsletter, which features topical health information, recipes and motivational tips to help you achieve your goals, as well as access to the tools and resources you need to help you with your challenge.
As an added bonus, in registering you will also go into the draw for a chance to win a fantastic ‘spring cleaning’ package. This prize is valued at more than $10,000 and was generously donated by V-ZUG and James’ Home Services. It includes:
