Practitioners are invited to provide their opinions and feedback as Queensland Law Society policy committees prepare the following submissions.

QLS is providing feedback to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on the Consumer Data Right (CDR) Rules Framework. The Rules Framework is intended to give stakeholders an understanding of the structure and content of proposed rules that will underpin the implementation of Open Banking, including a phased approach to implementation. It sets out how the ACCC proposes to address particular issues in the CDR Rules and seeks feedback on these proposals. More information is available here.
