Guidelines for completion of External Examiners's Report
Each law practice that received or held trust money during a year (ending 31 March) is required to lodge with the Law Society an external examination report within 60 days of 31 March (i.e. before 30 May). Guidelines have been prepared by th eLaw Society to provide guidance for external examiners of law practice trust accounts in relation to the completion of the external examiner’s report.
