Benestar for organisations
LawCare’s external provider, Benestar, also partner with organisations* to provide three key services around knowledge and thought leadership to optimise employee health and wellbeing:

- Incident Management
- Workforce Wellness.

Increase performance across the workplace through programs and case management delivered to teams or individuals that enhance confidence and capability. Programs offered are around conflict, change, resilience, leadership, diversity, mental wellbeing, family violence, parenting, respect, communication and alcohol and other drugs.
Incidents can have a significant impact on employee’s health, wellbeing and safety, therefore immediate and superior care during these times is essential. Benestar’s incident management services provide support, minimising individual impact and reducing down-time after a specific event. Incidents may include critical incidents, natural disasters, community events, organisational change, grief support and aggression programs.
Improve and maintain workforce-wide wellbeing through interactive and engaging sessions whether that be in the form of health programs, lunch and learn seminars and onsite coaching clinics. Team support can include well-checks, team health, peer support, deployment and supervision.
