The QLS Journal
The Queensland Law Society Journal, previously published from 1971 to 1996, is available online to continue its original mission — providing QLS members with serious legal articles of contemporary interest.
Each issue of the journal features five to eight substantial articles of practical use to Queensland practitioners. The QLS Journal will be published three times a year — in February, June and October.
The online editions are available for all visitors to the QLS website to browse.
The flexibility of the electronic format allows the journal to be accessed in a number of ways – either the entire publication or individual articles can be downloaded in PDF format.
Mission statement
The Queensland Law Society Journal is to be a refereed publication containing articles of high legal scholarship relevant to Queensland practitioners. Submissions from academic and non-academic writers are welcome.
