Filepro has a user friendly environment, users ranging from partners, solicitors, paralegals, secretaries and administration staff, report that they are able to increase productivity and cost recovery with ease. A substantial number of small, mid and large tier firms are utilising the system and are impressed with the range of capabilities of the accounting and also practice management features of the system. The obvious advantage however still remains the per file on-chargeable pricing module first introduced by the Filepro system, the major advantages being, that it is a user pays system, allowing firms of all sizes to gain the benefits of a single centralised system, without large capital expenditure, a plus for any business.
