Renewing your Practising Certificate and membership online
What you will need to renew online:
- We recommend you read the Guide to completing your forms before starting your online renewal.
- Please also confirm with your managing partner that you and your firm are participating in the Queensland Law Society Limitation of Liability Scheme
- To begin you will need your username and password, remember you can save your application and logout at any point, to resume your application simply login again.
- If you have forgotten your username, logon with your email address, if you have forgotten your password click ‘Forgotten your password’ to generate a new one.
Renewing your associate membership online
- To begin you will need your username and password, remember you can save your application and logout at any point, to resume your application simply login again.

Alternatively you can complete the hard copy renewal forms that you will receive in the mail shortly. You must submit your completed forms and fees to the Society on or before 31 May 2011.
Accessing your practice’s fee summary worksheet online
- This worksheet aids managing partners during the renewals process by summarising a practice’s professional indemnity insurance premium and also listing the fees payable for each employee.
- An authorised person from your firm will need to logon with your firm log-in and password.
