Conferences and Seminars

The Queensland Law Society delivers a wide range of conferences and seminars in Brisbane and in Queensland’s regional centres. Our programs are developed in collaboration with the Queensland Law Society Sections, Committees and District Law Associations and address the latest legislative changes, case updates and the suite of core subjects including Practical Legal Ethics, Practice Management/Business Skills. Queensland Law Society members based in regional and rural locations can access the Brisbane-based seminar program via our extensive videoconferencing network. You can sort events by date, location, by videoconference or by series. Either way, you can be sure of finding the right event to suit your professional development needs. Most Brisbane-based conferences and seminars are filmed. DVD resources are also available for Conferences and Seminars.

Please note that registrations close:

• 72 hours prior to the event for regional videoconferences
• 48 hours prior to the event for conferences
• 24 hours prior to the vent for face-to-face seminars.
