Overview

Practical Legal Ethics 6 CPD points

Divided into two separately bookable seminars, this workshop revisits the principles of legal drafting and how to put the theory into practice. It will also equip attendees with practical skills in preparing submissions to the other side and to the Court, including a focus on structure, tone and how to be the persuasive, with practical exercises to build your skill base, and the touchstones of effective advocacy.
