The Federal Court of Australia has moved to prevent parties from submitting voluminous Appeal Books containing unnecessary pages, which inflate the cost and time taken to determine an appeal. Presented by the Honourable Chief Justice Patrick Keane and the Honourable Justice John Logan RFD, this seminar will set out how practitioners are to prepare Appeal Books, and what they are to avoid.
