Develop an applied understanding of the sale and purchase of residential land and houses, lots in a Community Titles Scheme and commercial conveyancing. Tailored for legal support staff, with less than three years’ experience, this introductory course provides an in-depth discussion by Queensland Law Society solicitors on new legislation and the important aspects of the conveyancing process.

  • PAMDA compliance
  • documentation and compliance with timelines
  • conflict of interest checks
  • conducting searches
  • preparation of all documentation

  • stamping and registration
  • preparation of settlement statement and adjustments to settlement figures
  • attending settlement
  • post settlement activities
