Overview

Practice Management & Business Skills 3 CPD points

Traditional law firm models of centralised control over work methods and billable hour targets has come under criticism with regard to individual morale and practice profitability. This workshop explores how to drive both morale and profitability by providing fee-earners with accurate information on their contribution to the practice’s bottom line and then giving them the freedom to both increase revenues and control costs.
