Make a difference on the Free Legal Advice Panel

Applications are now open for Queensland Law Society members to make a difference and apply to join the Free Legal Advice Panel.

The Society is seeking to appoint another solicitor to the panel who has:

• an unblemished record of professional conduct
• practised as a solicitor or barrister for at least 15 years
• practised as a sole practitioner, partner, legal practitioner director, or senior associate of a law practice, or equivalent legal practice, for at least 5 years
• substantial experience in litigation or criminal law and professional conduct disciplinary proceedings.

Interested solicitors are to submit their applications to the Society before 5pm, Friday 11 February 2011.
