New REIQ Contract Versions Now Available – Swimming Pool Legislation

The Queensland Government's new swimming pool safety compliance regime comes into effect on 1 December 2010. To assist with the transition, the fourth edition of the Residential Lots in a CTS contract and the eighth edition of the House and Residential Land contract for contracts formed on and from 1 December 2010 are now available.
