PAMDA transitional arrangements

The Queensland Law Society Property and Development Law Section has developed a table of sections to consider the transitional arrangements for the Property Agents and Motor Dealers and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010.
The Act was passed by Queensland Parliament and commences on 1 October 2010.
