The Legal Profession Reform Taskforce

The Taskforce released the following draft consultation package on 14 May 2010:

• Draft Legal Profession National Law
• Draft Legal Profession National Rules

The three-month public consultation period for this draft legislation closed on 13 August 2010.

The Taskforce also released the following draft national conduct rules for lawyers. This public consultation period also closed on 13 August 2010.
