The Legal Profession Act 2007 requires the Legal Services Commission to keep a register of any disciplinary action taken under the Act against legal practitioners, or law practice employees.
Details of all disciplinary action taken against Queensland solicitors, or law practice employees, since the second half of 1996 are available on the Commissioner's website.
