Accessing information
There are several ways to access information about the Society.
The Society is taking a more proactive approach to releasing information about the Society, its services, finances, priorities, decision-making processes, policies and our lists and registers, together with information released from our Right to Information (RTI) requests.
There are several options available to access the information. They are:
(1) Check to see if the information you are searching for is already available:
- From our publication scheme
- From our disclosure log
- From our website
- From the other departmental areas of the Society that may have what you are searching for
(2) Contact us if you cannot find the information:
Before making an RTI application, contact us to find out whether the information you need can be released administratively.
If you still cannot find the information from the above sources, you can make an RTI request to access it. If you need to make an RTI request, you can apply by completing an RTI application form and submit it by email, fax, post or in person at:

You may download any of the information and documents contained in the publication scheme and disclosure log free of charge. If you wish to access any of the information or documents in a hard copy, then an administration fee will apply for photocopying (20c per page for black and white photocopy on A4 size paper), and postage and handling.
