Disclosure log
In accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009, which came into effect on 1 July 2009, we will progressively publish documents that have been released under the Act to applicants in the disclosure log.
The disclosure log will contain a summary of the information requested. Subject to any privacy issues, where possible, a link to the information released will be provided. Alternatively, you may email us at RTI@qls.com.au to request copies of the documents released and listed in the disclosure log.
You may download any of the information and documents contained in this disclosure log free of charge. If you wish to access any of the information or documents in a hard copy, then an administration fee will apply for photocopying (20c per page for black and white photocopy on A4 size paper), and postage and handling.
From time to time, the disclosure log will be updated as information is released under the Right to Information process.
