Staff at the Queensland Law Society ANA are happy to assist Applicants and Respondents with the procedures under the Act, but are unable to offer specific legal advice on particular individual’s circumstances.

If you are an Applicant or Respondent who requires assistance compiling or drafting your submissions, or you would like someone simply to review your documentation before lodging with an ANA to ensure you have met the statutory requirements of the Act, you may wish to seek independent legal advice.
