Practical lawyer’s ethics

Members can also undertake two conveyancing risk management modules, developed by Lexon Insurance and QLS, and available to members free of charge:

How to use Online Learning
Here are the simple steps to using Online Learning:
Step 1. Simply access Online Learning and select Browse to view the available modules. Each module has a detailed description including information such as CPD points available.
Step 2. Purchase your chosen online modules via credit card. If you’re a new user, you can register your details as part of this step.
Step 3. You will automatically receive an email with your username and password to access your Online Learning module, simply click on the Login button to begin your module.
Step 4. You can log in and out of the system as you wish, and you can easily bookmark where you are in the module prior to exiting to ensure you return to the same place to continue.
Step 5. On successful completion of your module, you will automatically be issued with an electronic certificate of completion. A record of all completed programs can be viewed under My Learning.
Please note that the mode of assessment depends on the program you undertake. Most programs consist of a brief overview and are divided into a number of sections, some of which will include a short quiz. Some programs require additional assessment, involving collection of evidence or completion of workplace activities.
