CPD Committee

Under Part 6 of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005, the Council has established a CPD Committee with jurisdictional powers for matters such as:

  • establishing guidelines for the implementation of the program and making recommendations to Council for amendments to the program
  • Consider applications with respect to exemptions.
