Learning Materials

The materials for the four course components (Management, Professional Standards, Risk Management and Trust Accounting) are all included in the PMC pack, which is provided to participants with their confirmation of enrolment letter.  The pack contains a USB stick and DVDs.  For each module, read the ‘module checklist’, which will advise which readings and activities are compulsory or voluntary, and proceed to download the reading materials by clicking on the links.  All the materials you need are provided in the pack: there is no online learning.  If you require any assistance, please contact us.

• PC Users – To open the Practice Management Course menu, simply double click 'Practice Management Course.exe' to open the menu. Note: If you open the .html file in Internet Explorer, instead of using the built-in web browser, you may get the following pop-up notice:

  "To protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

  If you do receive this notice, simply right click it and select "Allow blocked content" to gain full functionality of the Practice Management Course menu.

• Mac Users – To open the Practice Management Course menu, open the 'practice-management-course' folder and double click on 'practice-management-course.html'.
