Ethics Guidance

Senior Counsellors

Practising Certificate and Regulatory advice

• Information concerning practice and individual obligations and status with respect to practising certificates, QLS membership, professional indemnity insurance, the Practice Management Course, practice changes and more.

IR & HR (IR Assist)

• An independent and confidential industrial relations and human resource advice service for QLS members as both employers and employees
• Terminations and unfair dismissals, discrimination, harassment, performance management, HR systems and process assistance, disciplinary action and more

Wellbeing (Lawcare)

• LawCare is a member assistance program which provides free, confidential and voluntary counselling services to QLS members, their immediate family and legal support staff.
