I have vast experience in commercial and civil litigation having practised as a solicitor for over 30 years, 10 in my own general practice in northern Queensland and 20 as a partner in several central and City of London firms where I specialised in commercial litigation at senior level. My resume is available on request. I restrict my locum work to commercial and civil litigation and primarily operate out of my home office assisting litigators by interviewing witnesses, taking statements, collating, evaluating and listing documents for disclosure and providing general assistance in trial preparation.
