Free advice for members experiencing general practice management issues due to COVID-19

The QLS Ethics and Practice Centre is now offering guidance to members with general practice management issues arising from the impact of COVID-19. The QLS General Manager Support Service (GMSS) is provided via subject matter experts and is free for members who meet the eligibility criteria. They will benefit with up to two hours of advice.
GMSS is designed to help eligible members to navigate situations like loss of cash flow and restructuring teams/personnel. The experts can show you how to pivot the practice, manage your budget or any other commitments. It will also provide guidance on strategies to mitigate risk now and how to come out of hibernation in the future fully activated.
