Brian has been a member of the panel since it was established in February 2005 and has made an outstanding contribution to representing the interests of members of the profession. The Society is deeply grateful for his outstanding service.

- practised as a sole practitioner, partner, legal practitioner director, or senior associate of a law practice, or equivalent legal practice, for at least 5 years
- substantial experience in litigation or criminal law and professional conduct disciplinary proceedings
- is a QLS member
The Induction Manual provides further information about the role of a member of the Free Legal Advice Panel.
