As you may have seen in previous communications, our Emergency Management program has been enacted to help manage any business disruption event associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus).

We are constantly innovating and trialling new ways to deliver essential services to all Australians, and to ensure our business is operating in an efficient and safe way. We are:

  • Rolling out screens to all Post Offices to enable them to maintain safety at the counters and to ensure your clients can attend our Post Offices with confidence
  • Continuing to issue health and safety advice throughout our business including our participating VOI Post Office network
  • Remaining vigilant and ready to adapt our processes and implement additional precautions as this pandemic evolves
  • Continuing to enforce high standards of hygiene practices

Our commitment is to continue delivering 99 per cent of VOI Reports into your Property VOI portal within 15 minutes of your client’s interview.
