Many complaints relate to, or have arisen from, poor communication, so read Legal Services Commission Fact Sheet 7 - Communicating with your client.
Also you can speak to an Ethics Solicitor in the QLS Ethics and Practice Centre, if you have an ethical dilemma, or a difficult client.
Complaints mainly arise due to:
- poor communication
- conflict of interests / unethical conduct
- poor legal advice.
