QLS wrote to the Chief Health Officer to request that an exemption be implemented to allow fully vaccinated legal practitioners to enter restricted facilities (i.e. residential aged care facilities, hospitals, and disability accommodation) to provide necessary legal services. QLD Health subsequently provided an exemption to allow legal practitioners entry to residential aged care facilities.
