QLS is committed to providing practical guidance and resources on the safe and responsible use of AI in the legal profession.
To ensure we can provide guidance and leadership on these issues, in 2024 we established the AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee.
AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee
The AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee oversees a number of subject-focussed advisory groups to inform guidance for the profession on the use of AI in legal practice and on legal business.
The advisory groups include:
- GenAI and Legal Practice Advisory Group

- Gen AI and Legal Education Advisory Group
Questions or suggestions?
QLS members are encouraged to send queries and suggestions to the AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee at any time so that we can continue to provide resources and practical information that our members can use in their practices.
