Leasing
As part of the refurbishment project for Law Society House, level 3 will become available for lease mid-2023 at commercial leasing rates + a lease incentive depending on the lease term. The floor area is 767 sqm and the building amenities include renovated bathrooms, end of trip facilities and a ground floor café.

Queensland Law Society is home to a premier conference and meeting venue, conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD at Law Society House, Level 2, 179 Ann Street, Brisbane.
Our contemporary, stylish premises offer state-of-the art facilities and our suite of rooms is capable of a range of set-up styles from mediations and boardroom lunches through to cocktail functions for 90 guests or conferences for 120 people in theatre style.
Providing individual service, our facilities team can tailor every aspect of your event to your needs, including catering and equipment.

Subject to availability, there is no minimum booking time prior to your desired event date. Room booking inquiries should be submitted via the booking inquiry form
You will receive a booking confirmation on the same day that you submit your booking inquiry form. Within 24 hours, your booking will be processed and details confirmed.
You can book multiple rooms for one day or you can book the same room for multiple dates/occasions.
Advice about how to notify QLS of any changes/cancellations to your booking will be provided in the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking. Changes to booking are subject to availability. No additional fees apply unless the event is rescheduled to a weekend day.
Not immediately. Please refer to the room hire fees table in venue guide the for more information regarding pricing. Room hire fees can be paid prior to the event date or on the day of the event at reception.
You can cancel a booking at any time. No cancellation fee applies. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify QLS at facilties@qls.com.au as soon as possible prior to the event.
Law Society House is located at 179 Ann Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, approximately 200m from Central Station. Further details will be provided in the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking.

Room layout can be modified. If possible, please specify desired room setup in your booking inquiry form. QLS can assist with room configuration and setup upon request.
Catering is permitted in meeting rooms, conference rooms and the auditorium. Please read the Terms and conditions contained in the booking inquiry form for further information.
Central Train Station is located 200 metres from Law Society House, with a direct line to Brisbane domestic and international airport terminals. Bus routes operate to and from Brisbane suburbs with various stops conveniently located around Law Society House.
CBD parking is also within walking distance from Law Society House. Short-term parking is available around the city, including a convenient location on Turbot Street, a short walk away. Long-term (i.e. half or full day) parking is available through Secure Parking with rates and booking available on their website.
