Important Information - Changes to the Admissions Process
Required Documentation in Support of Suitability for Admission - ALL Applicants:
Please be advised the Board has recently implemented changes effective from 22 January 2025 as follows:

You may obtain a certified copy with the term ‘download’, and this is acceptable for use certified copies of electronic documents.
- Previously, you were not required to provide a certified copy of digital original supporting documentation.
All applicants are to refer to the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld), the Supreme Court (Admission) Rules 2004, (Subordinate legislation; current as at 2 November 2015), and Legal Profession Regulation 2007, ALL of which are available on Queensland Government's Queensland Legislation website.
