Sole Practitioner to Small Practice Focus
Tailored for practitioners who currently practice in, or intend to practice in, a legal practice of less than 20 practising certificate holders.
Medium to Large Practice Focus
Tailored for practitioners who currently practice in, or intend to practice in, a legal practice with 20 or more practising certificate holders.

Applications for PMC deferment or exemption
Practitioners seeking a limited principal practising certificate under Rule 10 of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005 are not required to apply for an exemption. Please see further below for more information in this regard.
