COVID-19 and youth justice matters in the Childrens Court of Queensland

Request of the Society’s Children’s Law Committee requesting the Chief Magistrate, Judge of the District Court of Queensland, to give consideration to the issues identified that have arisen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
