Submission to the Attorney-General’s Department on a proposal for a national register of enduring powers of attorney for financial matters. QLS supported in principle the proposal for a national register, but considered that further harmonisation of the law relating to enduring powers of attorney and a model enduring document should come before the implementation of a national register.
