QLS submission regarding the potential reform of the provisions in the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth) about disclosure of information about regulatory activities, including investigations. QLS considered that the need for transparency must be balanced with the risks of prejudice to the charity involved.
