Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect at Work) Amendment Bill 2021

The submission broadly supported the bill in implementing some of the recommendations from the Respect@Work Report including extending the timeframe to commence a claim in the AHRC. However, there are other recommendations requiring action. QLS sought amendments to the meaning "harassment on the grounds of sex" and to who was covered for miscarriage and still birth leave under the FWA.
