The holder of this certificate must: 1. attend and successfully complete the QLS Legal Ethics Course (by obtaining a ‘pass’ mark) at his own expense, no later than 31 December 2026; 2. comply with the Order (the Order) made on 4 March 2026 in the Magistrates Court at Brisbane (as may be varied or substituted from time to time); and 3. notify the Society within seven days in the event that he is charged with a breach of the Order (as may be varied or substituted from time to time).
