The holder of this principal practising certificate has been granted a partial exemption from the necessity to complete the Practice Management Course pursuant to r40 of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005. The holder of this principal practising certificate has been granted a deferment from the necessity to complete the trust accounting module of the Practice Management Course. The practitioner has been granted permission to hold trust money and operate a trust account even though they have not yet completed the Qld trust accounting module and have not yet been issued with a PMC Statement. If the holder fails to successfully complete the trust accounting module of the Practice Management Course within 12 months of the date of the grant of the deferment, they will immediately surrender this principal practising certificate to the Society, cease to practise as a principal and will not hold themself out to be entitled to practise as a Principal.
