The holder of this certificate must: (a) with respect to any law practice of which they are a Principal, submit a completed PII Questionnaire for the PII year 2026/2027 to the Society by 10 February 2026; and (b) with respect to any law practice trust account of any law practice of which they are a Principal, lodge an external examination report (EER) with the Society for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 by 30 May 2026.
