The holder of this practising certificate must do the following: i. That Dane William Thornburgh will provide, with any application for a practising certificate for the 2025-26, 2026-27 and 2027-28 practising years, a report from his treating psychologist/psychiatrist/general practitioner about his mental condition, treatment and his ability to engage in legal practice, with such reports to be obtained within three months prior to the applications; ii. That Dane William Thornburgh must not be the signatory to a law practice trust account for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the Executive Committee’s decision; and 1. Once this minimum prohibition period of three (3) years from the date of the Executive Committee’s decision has lapsed, should Dane William Thornburgh wish to be the signatory to a law practice trust account, he must first undertake and successfully complete (by obtaining a ‘pass’ mark) the Trust Account Remedial Couse at his own expense; iii. That Dane William Thornburgh cannot apply for a principal practising certificate for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the Executive Committee’s decision; and 1. Once the minimum prohibition period of three (3) years from the date of the Executive Committee’s decision has lapsed, should Dane William Thornburgh wish to apply for a principal practising certificate, he must first undertake and successfully complete (by obtaining a ‘pass’ mark) the Practice Management Course (PMC), at his own expense.
