The holder of this practising certificate undertakes to: (i) For the 2025/2026 CPD year which commenced on 1 April 2025 and will end on 31 March 2026, will undertake and successfully complete 20 CPD units including two points in each of the three mandatory core areas of practical legal ethics, practice management and business skills and professional skills, before 5:00pm 31 March 2026; and (ii) Upon successful completion of the 20 CPD units for the 2025/2026 CPD year and before 5:00pm 3 April 2026, will notify the Society in writing whether he has successfully completed the 20 CPD units for the 2025/2026 CPD year and provide a copy of his CPD record for the 2025/2026 CPD year.
