i. The practitioner must engage in supervised legal practice only, until he has completed a period or periods equivalent to 3 years supervised legal practice, worked out under the Legal Profession Regulation 2017, after the day the holder’s first practising certificate was granted; and ii. For the duration of the period the practitioner is subject to a condition on his practising certificate limiting him to engaging in supervised legal practice only, Mr Wang must have a formal supervision plan, signed by him and the principal of the law practice which employs him and a copy of that plan must be provided to the Society promptly after it is signed by both parties; and iii. For the duration of the period the practitioner is subject to a condition on his practising certificate limiting him to engaging in supervised legal practice only, the practitioner must be engaged by a law practice as an employee and not as a contractor (whether through a personal ABN or a company or otherwise).
