This practising certificate was amended on 27 July 2026 with the following conditions: The holder of this practising certificate must: 1. Provide the outstanding external examiner’s report for Van Lawyers, for the financial period which ended on 31 March 2026, to the Society on or before 1 September 2026; and 2. Undertake and successfully complete the Trust Accounting Remedial Course (by obtaining a ‘pass’ mark), at the practitioner’s own expense, by 31 December 2026.
