The holder of this certificate must: 1. provide the outstanding external examiner’s report for Peace Family Law Pty Ltd, for the financial period which ended on 31 March 2026, to the Society on or before 11 September 2026; 2. undertake and successfully complete the Trust Accounting Remedial Course (by obtaining a ‘pass’ mark), at the practitioner’s own expense, by 31 December 2026; and 3. with respect to any law practice trust account of any law practice of which the practitioner is a Principal, the practitioner will lodge an external examination report (EER) with the Society, for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, to the Society, by 30 May 2027.
