The holder of this principal practising certificate has been granted a deferment of the necessity they complete the Practice Management Course pursuant to r40 of the Queensland Law Society Administration Rule 2005, before being granted a principal practising certificate. If the holder fails to successfully complete the Practice Management Course within 12 months of the date of the grant of the deferment they will immediately surrender this principal practising certificate to the Society, cease to practise as a principal and will not hold themself out to be entitled to practise as a Principal. Furthermore, the practitioner will not hold trust money or operate a trust account until they have successfully completed the PMC and has been issued with a PMC Statement.
